Abandoned Driveways at Northeast Corner of -E-
Street and 8th Street

At the Council meeting of 5-7-90, the hearing on the
replacement of the abandoned driveways for Parcel No. 140-211-
47 was continued to the first meeting in September.
This parqel was continued in response to the owner's protest
that there was a proposed development on the property.
We understand that the development has not progressed. The
owner has, therefore, obtained a Public Works Construction
Permit from our office to replace the abandoned driveways.
Since the owner is planning to have the work done, we
recommend that this parcel be deleted.
