cost _intenance of landacapiq. Said interest shall be at the average
rate as the City is receiviq on other City funds duriq the period of
expenditure.

SECTION 6. The Mayor and C_ Council elect to proceed without
Notice and Beariq. and hereby deteraine by a four-fifths vote thereof. that
all of the owners of lots or land liable to be assesaed or their bona fide
qents. have siped and filed a petition requestiq the forution of the
district and indicate that they have no objections to the proposed ~rk or
work and acquisition. ad qree as to the ertent of the district to be
usessed and waive notice and heariq.
SECTION 7. A copy of this resolution and a _p showiDI the
exterior boundaries of the proposed i~ district with relation
to the tarritory hMdiately contipous thereto and to the proposed
h....OV..llIlt will be on file with the City Clerk and will be available
for inspection by lIIIY person or persons interested. This _p shall aovern
