assesuent roll relative to Asses...nt District No. 966 (Daley Canyon Road
IlIpl"ov.ent District) has been prepared and is attached to the Resolution.
The roll for 1990-91 totals $5.844.90 and is submitted to your Honorable Body
for action as required.

ROLL FOR ASSESSJm.'T DISTRICT NO. 966. FOR THE IllPIlOVEllENT OF DALEY CANYON
ROAD. EASTERLY OF CHIQUITA LANE IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO.

1fIIEIlEAS. by Resolution No. 86-137, the Mayor and C_n Council
found that the public interest. convenience. and necessity required
,
fOrlllltion of a street illpl"ov_t and construction district; and
the
WHEREAS, by said Resolution No. 86-137, the Mayor and Common
Council fOI'lled an assess.ent district known as ABsesDent District No. 966
for the purpose of constructing street illJlrove.ents in the area Of Daley
Canyon Road. Easterly of Chiquita Lane pursuant to the provisions of Chapt,er
12.90 of the San Bernardino City HIIIlicipal Code; and
1fIIEIlEAS. by Resolution No. 86-34. the l'dlyor and Common Council
declared all the land included within the boundaries of said district will be
benefited by the construction of said street illJlrOvnents; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 86-34 declared that an annual
assessHnt shall be levied on all land within the district to provide f-unding
for said construction; and
WHEREAS. an AasesSHnt Roll has been prepared totallilll $5.844.90.
which sets forth the iDdividual asses_ta to be levied on each of the
parcels of land within AasesDent District No. 966 for the fiscal year 1990-
91;

SECTION 1. ThAt. the Mayor and C~on COlBlcil do hereby find and
detel'lline that the proportionat.e costs to be levied against the parcels of
land within Assessent. Dist.rict. No. 966 are correctly set forth on Assessent. .
Roll No. 966 for the fiscal year 1990-91, designated as Exhibit "A" and
attached hereto, and do hereby confil'll said usesDents.

SECTION 2. ThAt the City Clerk is directed t.o cause a copy of this
Resolution to be transaitted t.o the Office of the Audit.or-Controller for the
COWlty of San Bernardino with the request that the individual usess!ents be
placed on the subject 1990-91 property tllX bills for collection together with
all other property taxes.
