As required ~ the provisions of Chapter 12.90 of the Municipal Code and
Resolutions No. 83-2.58 and 83-218, which esubli8hed the District, the annual
asses_t roll relative to Assessllllllt District No. 958 (Pepper Ave. and Mill
St. Sewer District) has been prepered and is attached to the Resolution.
The roll for 1990-91 totals $23,734.85 and is submitted to your Honorable Body
for action as required.

WHEREAS, by Resolution Iio. 83-258, the Mayor and C~on Council
found that the public interest, convenience, and necessit)" required the
foraation of a sewer construction district; and
lIIIEREAS, by said Resolution Ne>. 83-258, 'ijie Mayor and Co.on
Council for8ed an assessaent distrid known llS Assessaent District No. 950
for the purpose of providing the construction and installaHon of sanitary
sewers and sewer lift station in the area of Pepper Avenue ,md Mill Street
.
pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 12.90 of the SlIn Bernardino City
Mwlicipal Code; and
ll'llEREAS, by Resolution No. 83-210, the Mayor and Co.on Counci I
declared that o.ll the land included within the bowadaries of said district
will be benefited by the construction of said sewers and lift station; aud
"~REAS, said Resolution No. 83-210, declared that an annual
assessaent shall be levied on all laud within the district to provide fuoding
for said sewer construction and the administration thereof; lIDd
ll"HEREA..'l, III. Assess.ent Roll has been prepared totalling $4,294.1:1
for Zone I, and $19,440.72 for Zone 2, or $23,734.85 for the entire District
and which sets forth the individual assess.ents to be levied on each of the
parcels of land within Assessaent District No. 958 for the fiscal year 1990-
91, including interest;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CO!'!MON COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF
SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That the Mayor and C~on Council do hereby find and
detenline that the proportionate costs to be levied against the parcels of
land within Assessaeut District No. 9.58 are correctly set forth on Assessaent
Roll No. 958 for the fiscal year 1990-91, designated as Exhibit "A" and
attached hereto, and do hereby confirm said assess.ents.
SECTI()I; 2. That the City Clerk is directed to cause a copy of this
Resolution to be trans.itted to the Office of the Auditor-Controller for the
County of San Bernardino with the request that tbe individual assessaerits. be
placed on the subject 1990-91 property tax bills for collection together with
all other property taxes.
