RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 89-504 ENTITLED IN PART "RESOLUTION.
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR. .TO EXECUTE APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTS
FOR. . OBTAINING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE UNDER THE FEDERAL CIVIL
DEFENSE ACT OF 1950. "TO SUBSTITUTE SHAUNA EDWINS FOR
MARSHALL W. JULIAN.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON
6 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.
Resolution No. 89-504, is amended to delete
8 Marshall W. Julian as an authorized signatory to execute for and
9 on behalf of the City of San Bernardino, a public entity
10 established under the laws of the State of California,
11 applications and documents for the purpose of obtaining financial
12 assistance under the Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950, as
14
13 amended, (50 U.S.C. app. 2251-2303), and substituting therefor
