Synopsis of Prwvioul CouncillCtion:
Periodically, resolutions have been presented to the Common Council
for authorization to impose liens on certain parcels of property on
which costs have accrued by the City's abatement of public nuisances.

SECTION 1. The City of San Bernardino, pursuant to its
authority under San Bernardino Municipal Code Chapter 15.28 and
other laws, did lawfully caua. public nuisance Ilbat_nta on the
real property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
inCOrPOrated herein by reference as thouqh fully set forth. The
last known owners of record as to each such parcel are also
specified in Exhibit "A".
Due notice was qiven to the person or persons havinq an

costs of said abatement on said property. The Board of Buildinq

intereat in said property and a hearinq was held by the Board
of Buildinq Commissioners to hear protests and to ass.as the
Commissioners has entered its "order determininq the costs to be
reasonable

21 hereinabove provided, the City Clerk is hereby directed to
22 file a certified copy of this resolution with the Auditor of
23 the County of San Bernardino, State of CalifOrnia, directing
24 that said sum be entered as lien charges against said property
25 as it appears on the current as.essment rolls, to be collected
26 at the same time and in the same manner, subject to the s.-
27 penalties and interest upon delinquencies, as the general taxes
28 for the City of San Bernardino are collected.
