NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON
6 COUNCIL 0F THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Resolution No. 84-494, as amended by Resolution
8 No. 89-483, is amended to delete Marshall W. Julian as an
9 authorized signatory to apply for the acquisition of Federal
10 Surplus property from the State of California and substituting
11 therefor the following:
