(See attached.) The .xistinq sinqle family resid.nc.s are in v.ry qood condition and all have potential historical significance which should be preserved, if possibl.. With th. extension of SR 30, there will be as.ociat.d local .treet i~rov...nts. The wideninq of Palm Av.nue to major art.rial standards may make these homes less d.sirable for sinqle family r.sidences. A designation that permits limited office or ccamercial us.s may be more appropriate for this ar.a. Howev.r, any designation should con.id.r the site limitations while ensurinq that the historic structures are incorporated into future uses.
