STAFF REPORT
Southern California Edison Company has requested a Grant of Easement from the
City of San Bernardino to provide additional electric service at the Water
Reclamation Plant. The additional electric service requires undergrounding
the power from their existing pole to a pad mounted transfo~er. The additional
service is necessary to deliver power to the new blower building which is under
construction as part of the Air Supply Corrective Action Project.

RBSOLU'l'IOR RO.
ROW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAR BERlfARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION on:
That the City of San Bernardino, a Municipal
Corporation, does hereby grant an easement to Southern California
Edison Company to provide additional electrical service to the
Water Reclamation Plant, located at 299 Blood Bank Road.
SECTION TWO:
That the said Grant of Easement referred to
herein, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "1", and
is hereby referred to and made a part hereof as fully as though
set forth at length herein, is hereby approved.
SECTION THREE: That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
San Bernardino are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Grant of Easement on behalf of the City of San Bernardino.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at a
