Resolution No. 09-330. adopted by the Mayor and Common Cound I,
found that the public interest, convenience, and necessity
required the formation of a landscaping maintenance district.
Resolution No. 89-253, adopted by the Mayor imd Common Council,
declllred that all the land included within the boundaries of said
district wi]] be hel1p.n ted by the maintenance of said landscaping.

WIIEREAS, by Resolution No. 8<1-25:'1, the Mayor and Cummon Council
declared that al I th" land il1duded withi" the bouncJllri"s of said district
will be benefited by trw maintenance of said landscaping; and
WHEREAS,
said Resolution No.B9-253 declared that an ""nual
assessment shall be levied on all land within the district to provide funding
for said I;illdscapillg maintenance and the administratiol1 thereof; and
WHEREAS, an Assessment Roll has been prepllred tolidling 51,765.24
which sets forth the individual assessments to be levied on ead) of the
parcels of land within Assessment District No. 491 fOJ' the fiscal year 1990-

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR A~'D COMMON COUNCIl. OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and COOllDon Council do herehy find and
determine that the proportionat.e costs to be levied against the parcnls of
land within Assessment District No. 991 lire correct ly set forth on
Assessment Roll No. 991 for the fiscd] year 1990-91, designated as Exhibit
"A" and attached hereto, and do hereby confirm said assessments.
SECTIOK 2. That the City Clerk is directed In cause d copy of this
Resolution to be transmitted to the Office of the Auditor-Controller for the
Cowlty of San Benlardino with t.he request that. the individual assessments be
placed on the subject 1990-91 property tax bilts for collection together
with all ot.her property taxes.
