Synopsis of Previous Council action:
7-17-89
Resolution No. 89-279, adopted by the Mayor and Common Council,
found that the public interest, convenience, and necessity
required the formation of a landscaping and sewer lift station
maintenance district.
6-19-89
Resolution No. 89-215, adopted by the Mayor and Common Counci I,
deciared that .,11 the land included within the boundaries of said
district wi! I be benefited by the maintenance of said landscaping
and sewer lift station.
Recommended motion:
Adopt the Resolution.

STAFF REPORT
As required by the prov1s1ons of Chapt..r 12.90 of the Municipdl Code dnd
Resolutions No. 89-279 and 89-215, which established the District, the annual
assessment roll n,lative to Assessment District No. 989 (Mill and Macy Area
Landscaping and Sewer Lift Station Maintenance District has been prepared and is
attached to the Resolution.
The roll for 1990-91 totals 51,410.24 and is submitted to your Honorable Body
for action as required.

which sets forth the individual assessments to be levied on each of the
parcels of land within Assessment District J(o. 989 for the fiscal year 1990-
91,
NOW THEREFORE DE IT RESOLVED DY TilE MAYOR AKD COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIOI\' 1. That the Mayor and Common CoulIciJ do hereby find and
determine that the proportiondte costs to 1", ] evied "gdinst the parc.,!s of
lund within Assessment District No. 9B9 are eOITed ly set fllrth on
Assessment Ro 11 No. 989 f or the fiscal year 199()-91, desi gndted as Exhi 1,ll
"A" and attached hereto, and do hereby confirm said assessments.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is directed to cause a copy of this
Resolution to be transmitted to the Office of the Auditor-Controller for the
County of San Bernal"dino with the request that tbe individual assessments be
placed on the suhject 1990-91 pr"operty tax bills for collection together
with all other property taxes.
