STAFF REPORT
At the Council Meeting of June 4, 1990, the Mayor and Cornmon Council
approved the co-sponsorship of the Elks Parade to be held on
June 23, 1990. At the time the original request for co-sponsorship
and waiver of attendant fees was approved, the issue of a street
banner promoting the event had not been raised.
The sponsors of the Parade are now requesting that the $200
street banner application fee be waived as per Municipal Code
Section 16.16.070.
