action has been taken to resolve any concerns

1. The case will be returned at the next scheduled B.B.C.
meeting to be held on July 6, 1990.
2. The staff recommendation will be to incur the adjusted
cost of $4,402.55 which was agreed upon by Mr. & Mrs.
Foster plus the $25.00 N.O.P. release fee.
The adjustment of costs were a result of Mr. & Mrs. Foster,
who were lien holders, not receiving notification of pending
abatement action by our department.
