STAFF REPORT
Mr. Reed's duties increased as a result of the cOmbining of
Planning and Building Services at the time of Brad Kilger's
departure on November 3, 1989. No increase in salary was
authorized at that time. I have since discussed the matter
with Mr. Reed, and we have arrived at an agreeable solution.
It is proposed that Mr. Reed be compensated, effective
December 1, 1989, at his present rate of pay (which became
effective January 1, 1990). This is a differential amount of
$811 ($6,311 minus $5,500).
