That the following dates be set for deliberations of the FY 06/07 City/EDA Budgets
to be held in the EDA Board Room:
Thursday, June 08, 3:00 p.m.. 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 20, 2:00 p.m.. 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday, June 21, 2:00- p.m. .4:00 p.m.

Each year, the Mayor and Council hold a series of meetings to consider the annual budgets
of the City and EDA.
The following dates and time are proposed for this year's deliberations regarding the FY
06-07 budget:
Thursday, - June 08, from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 20, from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday, June 21, from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
The meetings will be held in the EDA Board Room.
Recommendation
It is recommended that the Mayor and Council approve the proposed dates for FY 06-07
budget deliberations.
