RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ESTABLISHING FEES
AND DEPOSITS RELATING TO MOBILE HOME RENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council have adopted Chapter
8.90 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code relating to Mobile Home
rents, and
WHEREAS, said chapter provides for certain charges, costs,
fees and deposits to be established by the Mayor and Common
Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common
Council of the City of San Bernardino that the following c~rges,
costs, fees and deposits are hereby adopted and established:
1.
Annual mobile home rental space registration
fee (S.B.M.C. Section 8.90.070)
$12.00
per space
2. Annual mobile home rental space re-
registration fee (S.B.M.C. Section 8.90.060) $12.00
per space
3.
Tenant petition for review-filing fee
(S.B.M.C. Section 8.90.120)
$5.00
4.
Landlord petition for review-filing fee
(S.B.M.C. Section 8.90.130)
$1. 00
per space
5.
Petition for hardship rent increase-filing
fee (S.B.M.C. Section 8.90.140)

per space
6.
Appeal to Mobile Home Rent Board - deposit
(S.B.M.C. Section 8.90.330)

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall become
effective on the effective date of Ordinance No. MC-726.
