Recommended motion:
That the request from Century Homes for authorization to construct a
pedestrian ramp in the street right-of-way at 1535 South "0" Street be
approved in principle, and the City Attorney directed to prepare a
standard form License Agreement to authorize the requested
encroachment.

Dear Mr. Hardgrave;
We are requesting to construct a. ramp (as described on enclosed
drawings) in the Right of Way on 1535 South "0" Street.
The purpose of the ramp is to a II ow subcontractors that park on
the street better access to our bui Iding. Rather than cl imbing
the existing grass, people can walk comfortably and the
handicapped wi I I have better access also.
We have started the work because the bui Iding department issued
permi ts,
