SUBJECT: DESIGNATED ALTERNATE -- AB 939 TASK FORCE

The city's Member on the AB 939 Task Force is Councilmember
Norine Miller, and the Designated Alternate is Mayor W. R.
"Bob" Holcomb.
During the period May 14-21, ~990, there will be at least one
AB 939 Task Force meeting at which the city should be
represented by a voting representative. Neither
councilmember Miller nor Mayor Holcomb will be able to be
present during that period, and it is, therefore, recommended
that the following action be taken to cover this.
MOTION:
That City Administrator Marshall W. Julian
city's Designated Alternate to the County
Task Force, for the period May 14-21, 1990.
