RICHARD "DWAYNE" HOWARD hit the season's first homerun for
the Huckabaa Little League (Arden and Pacific) and at your
invitation will be the Honorary Mayor for the Day at the May
7, 1990 Council meeting.
"Dwayne" belongs to the Challenger Division of Little League,
a special division for the mentally retarded and physically
handicapped. Dwayne is physically handicapped and swings the
bat with only one hand. He is 15 years old and is a student
at San Bernardino High School.
His mother, Barbara Jane sims, and Bob Wynn, President of
Huckabaa Little League, will be accompanying Dwayne to the
Council meeting.
