BE IT RESOLVED BY THE I1AYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF 11m CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino hereby its intention to order the vacation declares of 7 a portion of Jefferson Avenue between Pepper Avenue and Eucalyptus Avenue, 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 described as follows: That portion of Jefferson Street as conveyed to the City of San Bernardino by document recorded August 21, 1963 in Book 5973, Page 898, Official Records, described as follows: That portion of the West one-half of Lot 133, in the Town of Ria1to and adjoining Subdivisions, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 4 of Maps, Page 11, Records of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of said Lot 133 with the East line of the West 32.00. feet of said Lot, said East line being also the East line of Eucalyptus Avenue (62.00 feet wide): thence South 89' 55' 55" East along the South line of said Lot 133, a distance of 458.00 feet: thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot 133, to the intersection with a line that is parallel with and 40.00 feet North of, and measured at right angles to said South line ot said Lot 133: thence West and parallel with said South line, a distance of 438 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 20.00 feet: thence along said curve, through a central angle of 89' 59' 45", a distance of 31.42 feet to its point of tangency with the East line of the West 32.00 feet of said Lot 133: thence South 0' 03' 50" West and parallel with the centerline of said Eucalyptus Avenue, a distance of 60.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. SECTION 2. That the hour of 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of June, 1990, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, San Bernardino, California, be, and the same hereby is fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation may appear before the said Mayor and Common Council and offer evidence in relation thereto. For further particulars as to the proposed vacation of the hereinbefore described portion of said streets, reference is made to that map marked "Plan No. 7984" approved December 18, 1990, on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City. SECTION 4. Nothing in this Resolution shall in any way affect or disturb any existing easements for sanitary sewer and appurtenant facilities and an easement for public utility purposes belonging either to the City of San Bernardino or to any public utility. SECTION 5. That the City Engineer of the City of San Bernardino hereby is directed to cause Notices of Street Vacation to be posted as required by the Public Streets, Highways and Services Vacation Law. SECTION 6.
