STAFF REPORT
On January 8, 1990, the Resolution of Intention was adopted, which declared the
City's intention to proceed with the establishment of an underground utility
assessment district in the Lena Road and Tennis Court Lane area. This district
is a requirement of the developer, and the fees to cover the proceedings for the
establishment have been paid by the developer.
Even though the actual undergrounding of uti 1 i ties will be deferred until such
time as the district is expanded to include a larger portion of the area, the
adoption of the Resolution is the next step in the proceedings.
Pursuant to Chapter 12.90.040C(5) of the San Bernardino Municipal Code, notice
and hearing were not required as 100% of the property owners who will be assessed
have requested the district.
A copy of the Resolution Ordering Work has been attached for your action.
