On February 19, 1990, the Mayor an:i Common Council approved an:i
adopted the FY 1990/1991 COB:; Program Mix an:i authorized staff to
solicit proposals for sane. '!he published tilne pericxi for submis-
sion of proposals was February 23, 1990 through March 23, 1990, by
4:00 p.m.
A total of fifty-two (52) proposals were received an:i reviewed by
the CoImumity Deve10prrent citizen Advisory Committee (CIX:AC). '!he
CIX:AC will be suJ:anittin3' its rec::omrrerrlations for fun.:ii.n3' uOOer the
public seJ:Vice an:i capital inprovement categories of the approved
Program Mix. 'lhese rec::omrrerrlations are to be considered by the
Mayor an:i Common Council durin3' the Public Hearin3' an:i approved,
modified or rejected, as appropriate.
