demoli tion of two buildings on City-owned property
at 7th Street and Waterman Avenue.
01-08-90 - Resolution No. 90-25 adopted, awarding
for the low bid price of $14,400.00.

Recommended motion:
That the work performed by the Contractor for the building
demolition at the northwest corner of Waterman Avenue and 7th
Street, in accordance with Plan No. 7937, be approved and
accepted; and that final payment be authorized at the
expiration of the lien period.

All work required under this contract was satisfactorily
completed as of 3-2-90.
The contract was awarded for the low bid price of
$14,400.00, which is also the actual final contract price.
We recommend that the work be approved and accepted, and
that final payment be authorized at the expiration of the lien
period.
