Recommended motion:
That the work performed by the Contractor for Street Improvements
and Traffic Signal Relocation at the Southeast Corner of Waterman
Avenue and Gilbert Avenue, in accordance with Plan No. 7907, be
approved and accepted; and that final payment be authorized at
the expiration of the lien period.

STAFF REPORT
All work required under this contract was satisfactorily
completed as of 4-3-90.
The contract was awarded for the 19W bid price of
$17,183.85. The actual final contract price is $17,278.80, due
to the replacement of a small portion of the existing concrete
sidewalk that was found to be cracked.
We recommend that the work be approved and accepted and
that final payment be authorized at the expiration of the lien
period.
