At the March 22, 1990 meeting of the Legislative Review
Committee, the attached ordinance adding two additional
exemptions for the undergrounding of utilities was re-
commended for approval by the Mayor and Common Council.

PORTIONS OF ANY NON-RESIDENTIAL ZONED PARCEL FROM THE REQUIREMENT

5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.
Section 18.40.380 of the San Bernardino

Municipal Code is hereby amended by addition of Paragraph Nos. 5,

and 6, as follows:

.. 5. Any residential zoned Parcel map with a maximum of 4
parcels.

"6. Any non-residential zoned Parcel, the portion
12
previously developed."

SECTION 1.
Section 18.40.380 of the San Bernardino

Municipal Code is hereby amended by addition of Paragraph Nos. 5,

and 6, as follows:

"5. Any residentia::_ zoned Parcel Map with a maximum of 4
parcels, no parcel of which has previously been exempted
from this section; and where at least 50% of the
surrounding area within a radius of 500 feet has been
previously developed without undergrounding utilities.

"6. Any non-residential zoned Parcel, the portion

previously developed."
