His valuations are the minimum bid prices on each parcel. The bid packages have all been prepared and attached in accordance with the past practices. Upon passage of the enclosed resolution, the bid packages will be mailed out to those potential buyers who have expressed interest in the properties, and the City will advertise them in The Sun, and list them with the San Bernardino Board of Realtors. Any broker's commissions will be paid by the Buyer, and any accepted bid will be net of any broker's fee. The Real Property Section will proceed with the sale of the properties. The results of the sealed bid opening will be presented to the Mayor and ~ommon Council at the May 21, 1990 Council Meeting, at which time any oral bids will be accepted. The City will pay ~ of the escrow and closing costs on each escrow.
