STAFF REPORT
I. The Council approved by motion the establishment of the
following 3 classifications at salary range 1105 at the
Council meetings listed below:

The attached resolution reflects the inclusion of these 3
classifications.
II. On August 8, 1989, Council created the classifications
of Community Service Representative I, Community Service
Representative II, and community Service Representative III.
Appointments have now been made to all budgeted positions in
this new classification series. There are no more employees
classified as Complaint Desk Coordinator, Police Assistant,
and Community Services Representative, therefore we are
deleting these 3 classifications since they will no longer be
utilized.
III. The title of Fire Prevention Inspector has been changed
to Fire Prevention Officer. On February 27, 1990 the civil
Service Board approved the minimum qualifications for this
classification. The new title is reflected in the attached
resolution.
