STAMM FIELD REPRESENTATIVE CORRESPONDENCE VIA FAX March 1, 1990 Dear City Manager: At the February 26, 1990, meeting of the Board of Supervisors, I asked for a resolution opposing the Route 30 designation as Rural Freeway, which would result in a two-mile spacing requirement for off-ramps. On March 15, I am attending a Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) meeting to protest this designation. I intend to present the Board's resolution, along with all city resolutions, opposing the two-mile spacing at that meeting.
