The annual revenue will be between $200,000 to $208,000. The following staffing is proposed: Senior Code Compliance Officer (1) Code Compliance Officer(2) Typist Clerk II (1) $2,528 - 3,080 $2,289 - 2,791 1,345 - 1,639 Salary Benefits (approximately 22%) $8,451 -10,301 Vehicles (3) Support (annually) $30,336 - 36,960 27,468 - 33,492 (#1) 27,468 - 33,492 (#2) $16,140 - 19,668 101,412 -123,612 $22,310 - 27,195 $123,722 -150,807 $30,000 -$30,000 $20,000 -$20,000 $173,722 -200,807 The vehicles cost would not be an annually recurring expense. The second Code Compliance Officer would not be hired until after the program is up and running and sign sticker revenues are high enough to cover the cost of a second officer. COMMENT: The Ordinance on Sign Inspection and Sticker Program received its first reading at the February 19th meeting of the Mayor and Common Council.
