DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.
5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR'AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The Mayor and Common Council of the City
8 of San Bernardino do hereby approve the destruction by the
9 Fire Department of all fire reports, medical aid reports
10 and special duty reports dated prior to January 1, 1984.

SECTION 2. It is hereby found and determined that
12 the records are no longer needed, and they may be
13 destroyed pursuant to Government Code Section 34090, upon
14 written consent of the City Attorney.
15 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
16 duly acopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City
