The project some minor roadway and drainage improvements, in to the signals and lighting. Some Edison facilities will have to be relocated to facilitate construction. Under terms of the Joint Use Agree- ment with the County, the cost of relocating these facilities ($25,030.17) will have to be borne by the City since we assumed the provisions of the Agreement upon annexation. However, after funding two other traffic signal projects, the balance was insufficient to cover the estimated cost for this project. SANBAG's Technical Advisory Committee approved the necessary supplemental funds at their meeting of 1-22-90, in response to Caltrans' new program to accelerate the obligation of Federal-Aid Funds. We recommend that the plans be authorization granted to advertise for bids. approved and 1-29-90
