RE: Sign Permit 89-119
Dear Mr. Julian:
This letter is being written in regards to a request for sign
permit on our behalf by Quiel Bros. Sign. A denial was received by
Quiel Bros. by certified mail, Tuesday of this week, thereby not
giving the prescribed ten days notice of hearing.
The staff report was mistakenly sent to one of my limited partners
causing a further delay. The fact that I am the managing partner
of State College Self storage Partnership, having just today
received the staff report of our request for a sign on our property
in the State College Industrial Park, Northwest San Bernardino, I
need time to review the report.
Due to the fact that this sign request is very important to our
partnership, and I need time to prepare for the city Council
meeting, I am requesting, with this letter to have the hearing on
my sign request continued for two weeks until the next council
meeting.
