That the plans for installation of additional seating and back-
stop modifications for Fiscalini Field in Perris Hill Park, in
accordance with Plan No. 8016, be approved; and the Director
of Public Works/City Engineer authorized to advertise for bids.

STAFF REPORT
Special provisions have been prepared by the Engineering
Division for constructiori of additional seating and backstop
modifications for Fiscalini Field in Perris Hill Park. These
special provisions were prepared on a design build basis, due to
the need to have the work completed by 4-1-90, in order to have
the additional seating available for the start of the season.
Listed below is an estimate of the total project cost:
Construction Contract $ 36,000
Engineering & Inspection (W.O. # 4,290
Sub-Total $ 40,290
Contingencies (15%):t 6,010
TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 46,300
The Agreement with the San Bernardino Baseball Club, Inc.
states that the City will provide $36,000 to finance the cost of
these improvements. An amount of $36,000 has been allocated,
under Account No. 243-363-57504, to finance the estimated
contract cost. Supplemental funds to finance the engineering and
inspection and contingencies, will be provided as needed from the
Park Construction Fee Fund.
We recommend that the plans be approved and authorization
granted to advertise for bids.
