CITY OF SAN BER~_...RDINO - REQUEST ~ JR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
Assessment District Diagram Map No. 991 was approved at
the Council meeting of 11-20-89.
It was later discovered that certain assessment numbers
were inadvertently not shown on this map. The map has been
amended by addition of these assessment numbers.
Since the only amendment was technical in nature and
will not affect the approved assessments, another public hearing
is not required.
We recommend that the resolution approving the amended
map be approved.

RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT DIAGRAM MAP NO. 991 BY THE INCLUSION OF CERTAIN
ASSESSMENT NUMBERS.
WHEREAS,
by Resolution No. 89-454 adopted November 22, 1989, the
Mayor
and Common
Council of the City of San Bernardino
created
6 Assessment District No. 991 for the maintenance of landscaping in
7 the area of Verdemont Drive and Olive Avenue and approved Assessment
8 District Diagram Map No. 991; and
9
WHEREAS, certain assessment numbers were inadvertently omitted
10 from the Diagram Map of said Assessment District No. 991; and
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
