S1. HOME Loan Agreement – AHEPA National Housing Corporation and AHEPA
Local Arrowhead 302 Chapter for the development of a 90 unit senior housing

Resolution of the Community Development Commission of the City of San
Bernardino approving and authorizing the Interim Executive Director of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino (“Agency”) to execute
the 2005 HOME Loan Agreement by and between the Agency and AHEPA
National Housing Corporation and Local AHEPA Arrowhead 302 Chapter.

MOTION: That the matter be continued to December 19, 2005.
S2. Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
authorizing the Mayor or her designee to execute an agreement between the City
of San Bernardino and the Celtic Soccer Club for use of the San Bernardino
Soccer Complex for a 5-year period. (See Attached) (Resolution not available
at time of printing.)
MOTION: That said resolution be adopted.
S3. Appointment – David E. Mlynarski – Bureau of Franchises - Council Member
McCammack. (See Attached)
MOTION: That the appointment of David E. Mlynarski to the Bureau of
Franchises, as recommended by Council Member McCammack,
be approved.
