STAFF REPORT
NAMING OF NEW PARK IN HONOR OF FORMER MAYOR TOM MINOR
Tom Minor served the City and citizens of San Bernardino in num~rous
capacities as Mayor, Fifth Ward Councilman, and as Assistant Chief of
Police.
It is recommended that the new park that will be located at the northeast
intersection of Palm and Irvington in Verdemont be named in honor of
Tom Minor.
The initial construction of the park is to be completed in the spring of
2006.
