STAFF REPORT
Subiect:
Resolution approving Final Map for Tract No. 16709 - located at the east side of
Commercenter East Drive at Airport Drive.
Backaround:
On April 20, 2004, the Planning Commission conditionally approved Tentative Tract
Map 16709, a one-lot condominium subdivision, for the purpose of converting existing
office buildings to office condominiums, located on the east side of Commercenter East
Drive at the north side of Airport Drive. The Tentative tract approval was for a period of
two years.
All conditions of approval have been met, no site construction is anticipated, so no
financial security is required and the required fees have been paid.
The Final Map has been reviewed and found to be substantially in compliance with the
approved Tentative Map and the Subdivision Map Act. Therefore, we recommend that
the Final Map be approved.
Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact to the City.
Recommendation:
Adopt the resolution.

RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR TRACT NO. 16709
LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF COMMERCENTER EAST DRIVE AT
AIRPORT DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and Common Council find that Tract No. \6709, a I-lot
condominium subdivision, to convert 40 offices to condominiums on the east side of
Commercenter East Drive at Airport Drive is consistent with the General Plan of the City of
San Bernardino.
SECTION 2. The Final Map of said tract is hereby approved.
The City Clerk shall certify the approval and acceptance of the Mayor and Common Council
as set forth in this Resolution.
