Wednesday, June 16, at 3:30 p.m.; Tuesday, June 22 at 3:30 p.m.; and Wednesday,
June 30 at 5:30 p.m. in the Economic Development Agency Boardroom - to review the

Subject:
Fiscal Year 2004/2005 Budget Deliberations.
Background:
Each year the Mayor and Council hold a series of meetings to consider the annual budgets of the
City. The following dates and times are proposed for this year's deliberations regarding the FY
2004-2005 budgets:
Wednesday, June 9 at 9:00 a.m.
Wednesday, June 16 at 3:30 p.m.
Tuesday, June 22 at 3:30 p.m.
Wednesday, June 30 at 5:30 p.m.
All meetings will be held in the Economic Development Agency Board Room, and will be
televised for delayed broadcast.
Recommendation:
It is recommended that the Mayor and Council discuss and approve the proposed dates for the
FY 2004-2005 budget deliberations.
