Staff Report
Subject:
Set a public hearing for Monday, May 3, 2004, at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City
Hall to consider Sewer Rate Study 2003.
Background:
The Ways and Means Committee reviewed the 2003 Sewer Rate Study at their meetings on
December 17, 2003, and on April 7, 2004.
This Council action sets a public hearing for May 3, 2004 to consider the 2003 Sewer Rate
Study.
Financial Impact:
None.
Recommendation:
Set public hearing - May 3, 2004 at 4:00 p.m. - in the City Council Chambers to consider the
2003 Sewer Rate Study.
