Re: Special Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and Common Council of
the City of San Bernardino has called a Special Meeting of the
Mayor and Common Council for 4:00 p.m., Thursday, October 5,
1989, in the Redevelopment Agency Board Room, Fourth Floor, City
Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California.
The purpose for which this meeting has been called is to
waive and adopt the following resolution:
Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the City
of San Bernardino authorizing the execution of a
cooperative agreement between the City of San
Bernardino and the Community Development Commission of
the City of San Bernardino.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the Special Meeting of the
Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino held on
the 5th day of October, 1989, at 4:00 p.m., in the Redevelopment
Agency Board Room, Fourth Floor, City Hall, 300 North "D" Street,
San Bernardino, California, all members of said Common Council
being absent therefrom, the City Clerk of said Mayor and Common
Council thereupon declared said meeting continued until 9: 00
a.m., Friday, October 6, 1989, in the Redevelopment Agency Board
Room, Fourth Floor, City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San
Bernardino, California.

This is the time and place continued to for a Special
Meeting of the Mayor and Common Council from 4:00 p.m.,
Thursday, October 5, 1989, in the Redevelopment Agency Board
Room, Fourth Floor, City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San
Bernardino, California.
The Special Meeting of the Mayor and Common Council of the
City of San Bernardino was called to order by Mayor Pro Tempore
Estrada at 9:00 a.m., Friday, October 6, 1989, in the
Redevelopment Agency Board Room, Fourth Floor, City Hall, 300
North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California.
ROLL CALL
Roll call was taken by Deputy City Clerk Reese with the
following being present: Mayor Pro Tempore Estrada; Council
Members Estrada, Reilly, Flores, Maudsley, Minor; Senior
Assistant City Attorney Barlow, Deputy City Clerk Reese, Deputy
City Administrator Robbins. Absent: Mayor Holcomb; Council
Members Pope-Ludlam, Miller.
RES. 89-404 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AND THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO. (Al
Deputy City Clerk Reese read the title of the resolution.
MAYOR HOLCOMB ARRIVED
At 9:03 a.m., Mayor Holcomb arrived at the Council Meeting.
WAIVERS OF RECEIPT OF NOTICES OF SPECIAL MEETING
Senior Assistant City Attorney Barlow stated that written
waivers of receipt of notices of this Special Meeting had been
received from Council Members Pope-Ludlam and Miller.
Council Member Minor made a motion, seconded by Council
Member Estrada and unanimously carried, that further reading of
the resolution be waived and said resolution be adopted.
Resolution No. 89-404 was adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Council Members Estrada, Reilly, Flores, Maudsley, Minor.
Noes: None. Absent: Council Members Pope-Ludlam, Miller.

Council Member Minor made a motion, seconded by Council
Member Estrada and unanimously carried, to set a joint public
hearing at 9:00 a.m., October 16, 1989, in the Council Chambers
of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California,
for the purpose of considering a TEFRA resolution.
ADJOURN MEETING
At 9:05 a.m., Council Member Minor made a motion, seconded
by Council Member Estrada and unanimously carried, that the
meeting be adjourned.
