This is the time and place set for an Adjourned Regu-
lar Meeting of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of
San Bernardino at their Adjourned Regular Meeting held at
6:30 p.m" Thursday, April 7, 1988, at the Shandin Hills
Golf Club, 3380 N. Little Mountain Drive, San Bernardino,
California.
The City Clerk has caused to be posted the Notice of
Adjournment of said meeting held at 6:30 p.m.. Thursday,
April 7, 1988, and has on file in the Office of the City
Clerk an Affidavit of said posting together with a copy of
said Order which was posted at 3:00 p.m., Friday, April 8,
1988, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 300 North "D"
Street, San Bernardino, California.
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Mayor and Common
Council of the City of San Bernardino was called to order
by Mayor Wilcox at 5:05 p.m., Monday, April 11, 1988, in
the Management Information Center (MIC Room) 300 N. "D"
Street, San Bernardino, California.

ROLL CALL
Roll Call was taken with the following being present:
Mayor Wilcox; Council Members Estrada, Reilly, Flores,
Maudsley, Mi nor, Pope-Ludlam, Mi ller; Deputy Ci ty Clerk
Martinez. Absent: City Attorney Penman, City Administra-
tor Schweitzer.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION/REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY - ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community Devel-
opment Commission/Redevelopment Agency was called to order
by Chairman wilcox in the Management Information Center
(MIC Room), 300 North "D" Street San Bernardino, Cali-
fornia.
RECESS MEETING - CLOSED SESSION
At 5:07 p.m., Council Member Estrada, made a motion
seconded by Council Member Minor and unanimously carried,
that the Mayor and Common Council and the Community Devel-
opment Commission/Redevelopment Agency recess to a Closed
Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 to
discuss the terms of disposition of certain real property
generally located at Baseline and Medical Center Drive.
The party with whom the Agency's negotiator may negotiate
is Haagen Development Corporation. (R-la)

CLOSED SESSION - MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL-COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
At 5:07 p.m., the Closed Session was called to order
by Chairman Wilcox in the Management Information Center
(MIC Room) Sixth Floor of City Hall, 300 North "0" Street,
San Bernardino, California.
ROLL CALL
Roll Call was taken with the following being
Mayor Wilcox; Council Members Estrada, Reilly,
Maudsley, Minor, Pope-Ludlam, Miller. Absent:

Also present was Sandy Lowder, Deputy Director of the
Redevelopment Agency.
CITY ATTORNEY ARRIVED
At 5:10 p.m., City Attorney Penman arrived at the
Closed Session.
ADJOURN CLOSED SESSION
At 5: 20 p.m., the Closed Session adjourned to the
Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Mayor and Common Council.

RECONVENE MEETING
At 5: 20 p.m., the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the
Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
reconvened in the Management Information Center (MIC
Room), Sixth Floor, City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San
Bernardino, California.
ROLL CALL
Roll Call was taken by Deputy City Clerk Martinez
with the following being present: Mayor Wilcox; Council
Members Estrada, Reilly, Flores, Maudsley, Minor, Pope-
Ludlam, Miller; City Attorney Penman, Deputy City Clerk
Martinez. Absent: City Administrator Schweitzer.
ADJOURN MEETING
Council Member Miller made a motion that the meeting
be adjourned to Thursday, April 14, 1988.
The motion died for lack of a second.
Council Member Reilly made a motion, seconded by
Council Member Estrada and unanimously carried, that a
Council Meeting be set for Friday, April 15, 1988, at 8:00
a.m., in the Management Information Center (MIC Room) to
discuss police matters.

council Member Miller made a motion, seconded by
Council Member Minor and unanimously carried, that the
Closed Session be continued to Thursday, April 14, 1988,
at 9: 00 a.m., in the Management Information Center (MIC
Room) to discuss the terms of disposition of property
located at Baseline and Medical Center Drive (Haagen
Development Corporation).
ADJOURNMENT
AT 5: 30 p.m., Council Member Miller made a motion,
seconded by Council Member Minor and unanimously carried,
that the meeting be adjourned to 9:00 a.m, Thursday, April
14, 1988, in the Management Information Center (MIC Room),
Sixth Floor, City Hall, 300 North "0" Street, San Bernar-
dino, California.
