This is the time and place set for an Adjourned
Regular Meeting of the Mayor and Common Council of the
City of San Bernardino at their Regular Meeting held 9:00
a.m., Monday, February 15, 1988, in the Council Chambers
of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino,
California.
The City Clerk has caused to be posted the Notice of
Adjournment of said meeting held at 9:00 a.m., Monday,
February 15, 1988, and has on file in the Office of the
City Clerk an Affidavit of said posting together with a
copy of said Order which was posted at 11:15 a.m., Tues-
day, February 16, 1988, in the Council Chambers of City
Hall, 300 North "0" Street, San Bernardino, California.

The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Mayor and Com-
mon Council of the City of San Bernardino set for 12:00
Noon, Thursday, February 18, 1988, in the Redevelopment
Agency Board Room, Fourth Floor, City Hall, 300 North "0"
Street, San Bernardino, California, was recessed to 3:45
p.m., Thursday,. February 18, 1988, in the Redevelopment
Agency Board Room, Fourth Floor, City Hall, 300 North "0"
Street, San Bernardino, California, due to all members
being absent therefrom.
The recessed Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Mayor
and Common Counci 1 of the City of San Bernardi no, was
called to order by Council Member Miller, Mayor Pro Tem-
pore, at 3:55 p.m., Thursday, February 18, 1988, in the
Redevelopment Agency Board Room, Fourth Floor, City Hall,
300 North "0" Street, San Bernardino, California.
ROLL CALL
Roll Call was taken with the following being pre-
sent: Mayor Pro Tempore Miller; Council Members Estrada,
Reilly, Flores, Maudsley, Minor, Pope-Ludlam, Miller;
City Clerk Clark. Absent: Mayor Wilcox; City Attorney
Penman, City Administrator Schweitzer.

AGENCY - ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community
Development Commission/Redevelopment Agency was called to
order by Vice Chairman Estrada in the Council Chambers of
City Hall, 300 North "0" Street, San Bernardino, Cali-
fornia.

MAYOR WILCOX ARRIVED
At 4:05 p.m., Mayor wilcox arrived at the meeting.
SENIOR ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY BARLOW ARRIVED
At 4:08 p.m., Senior Assistant City Attorney Barlow
arrived at the Council Meeting.

REFUNDING AND 1988 BOND ISSUES; NORTHWEST
PROJECT; CENTRAL CITY NORTH REFUNDING AND
1988 BOND ISSUES
The Mayor and Common Counci 1 of the City of San
Bernardino, acting as the Community Development Commis-
sion of the Redevelopment Agency, adopted resolutions
concerning bond issues for three Redevelopment Project
Areas: Southeast Industrial Park; Northwest Project, and
Central City North. (R-2, R-3 & R-4)

ADJOURNMENT
At 4:30 p.m., Council Member Estrada made a motion,
seconded by Council Member Minor and unanimously carried,
that the meeting adjourn to 12:00 Noon, Thursday,
February 25, 1988, in the Redevelopment Agency Board
Room, Fourth Floor, City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San
Bernardino, California.
