The City Clerk has caused to be posted the Notice of Adjournment of said meeting held Wednesday, November 4, 1987, at 7:06 a.m.. and has on file in the Office of the City Clerk an affidavit of said posting together with a copy of said Notice which was posted at 9:00 a.m., Thurs- day, November 5, 1987, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California. The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino was called to order by Mayor Pro Tempore Maudsley at 7:40 a.m., Monday, Novem- ber 9,1987, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California. ROLL CALL Roll Call was taken by the Ci ty Clerk with the fol- lowing being present: Mayor Pro Tempore Maudsley; Council Members Estrada, Reilly, Flores, Maudsley, Minor, Pope- Ludlam, Miller; City Attorney Penman, City Clerk Clark, City Administrator Schweitzer. Absent: Mayor Wilcox. PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no public comments. CLOSED SESSION At 7:40 a.m., the Closed Session was called to order by Mayor Pro Tempore Maudsley in the Conference Room of the Council Chambers, City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California. (1) ROLL CALL Roll Call was taken with the following being present: Mayor Pro Tempore Maudsley; Council Members Estrada, Reilly, Flores, Maudsley, Minor, Pope-Ludlam, Miller; City Attorney Penman, City Administrator Schweitzer. Absent: Mayor Wilcox; City Clerk Clark. ASSISTANT Assistant Session. CITY ATTORNEY BRUE ARRIVED Ci ty Attorney Brue arrived at the Closed MAYOR WILCOX ARRIVED Mayor wilcox arrived at the Closed Session. ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY BRUE EXCUSED Assistant City Attorney Brue left the Closed Session. ADJOURN CLOSED SESSION At 9: 30 a. m., the Closed Sess ion adj ourned to the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Mayor and Common Council in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California. ROLL CALL Roll Call was taken by Deputy City Clerk South with the following being present: Mayor Wilcox; Council Mem- bers Estrada, Reilly, Flores, Maudsley, Minor, Pope-Ludlam Miller; City Attorney Penman, Deputy City Clerk South, City Administrator Schweitzer. Absent: None. RES. 87-402 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REQUESTING CHANGE IN CONDITIONS IMPOSED ON THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO BY THE OFFICE OF PLANNING AND RESEARCH RELAT- ING TO THAT PORTION OF THE CITY SOUTH OF THE DESIGNATED LINE. Deputy City Clerk South read the entire resolution. Council Member Reilly made a Council Member Pope-Ludlam, that adopted. motion, seconded said resolution by be 2 11/9/87 Resolution No. 87-402 was vote: Ayes: Council Members Pope-Ludlam, Miller. Noes: Minor. Absent: None. adopted Reilly, Council by the Flores, Members following Maudsley, Estrada, The Council discussed the establishment of a Com- mittee to implement provisions of the resolution. Council Member Maudsley made a motion, seconded by Council Member Miller and unanimously carried, that a Citizens' Advisory Committee be established, consisting of Planning Director Siracusa, Chairman of the Planning Com- mission Nierman, and three members of the Master Plan Revision Citizens Advisory Committee: Chairman John Traver, Vice Chairman Brenda Frederick, and Member Jim Mulvihill. The Council discussed setting up a Council Liaison Committee to consider revising and updating the City Building Code and suggested the matter be on the agenda for the next Council Meeting scheduled for November 16, 1987. COUNCIL MEMBER POPE-LUDLAM EXCUSED Council Member Pope-Ludlam left the Council Meeting.
