STAFF REPORT
The recent repeal of the tow truck regulations in order to
comply with federal law also inadvertently amended San Bernardino
Municipal Code ~5.76.030.H to expand an exception for the
regulation of ambulances. This ordinance would put back the
language as it existed previous to the amendment.
