Mayor & Common Council requested the Director of PIng & Bldg
to meet with property owner and report back on alternatives
on use of the building.
Recommended motion:
That the report relative to discussions with the property owner
regarding alternative uses of the Studio Theater at 438 W. Baseline,
be tabled.

STAFF REPORT
Subject: Report Back to Mayor and Council Regarding
Studio Theater, 438 West Baseline Street
Mayor and Council Meeting of June 5, 1995
Staff has met with Mr. Rooke, trustee for the Studio Theater
located at 438 West Baseline Street. Several options were discussed
regarding reuse of the building as well as the possibility of demolish-
ing it. No conclusion or final decision has been reached, therefore,
staff wishes to continue discussion with the trustee in order to
come to an agreement as to the disposition of the building on a long
term basis.
