2 ResolutIOn of the Mayor and Common CouncIl of the CIty of San Bernardmo
authonzmg the Mayor to approve an agreement wIth WL Covenant 88
Associates, LLC, a Delaware LIrmted LiabIlIty Company, for the dedIcatIOn and
Improvement of a 4 7 -acre park (Verdemont HeIghts HIlltop Park) at the
northeasterly comer of Palm Avenue and Irvmgton Avenue (Item was
originally continued from June 6, 2005, Item No. 16; continued from JWle
7, 2005, Item No.2.)
MOTION: That saId resolutIOn be adopted.

awardmg a contract to SParker Engmeenng, Inc for constructIOn of pocket
park at the southeast comer of Norma Lane and StephanIe Avenue (PR04-23),
per Plan No 11126 (Item was originally continued from JWle 6, 2005,
Item No. 18; continued from June 7, 2006, Item No.3.)
MOTION: That saId resolutIOn be adopted.
4 DISCUSS and take possible actIOn concermng the selectIOn of an underwnter or
underwnters for the Issuance of PensIOn OblIgatIOn Bonds (POB)
