ORDINANCE NO. MC-1
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. (PETITION NO.
1171, LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 19TH STREET AND
CALIFORNIA AVENUE.)
THE HAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which
reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described
as follows:
PARCEL NO. NINE HUNDRED SEVEN (petition No. 1171)
All that real property situated in the City
of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:
Lots 35 and 36, according to Map of Mount
Vernon Orange Grove and Fruit Company's Land,
in the City of San Bernardino, as per plat
recorded in Book 12 of Maps, Page 16 records
of said county.
Excepting therefrom west 30 feet of street, or
lot 36.
(From R-l Single-Family Residential to PRD-12U
Planned Residential Development at 12 units
per acre.)
Generally located at the Southeast corner of
19th Street and California Avenue.
The above change of zone is subject to the conditions
imposed by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino, at their meeting of September 22, 1980, as filed in
the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, San Bernardino,
California.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
