ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND; AND AHENDING THE ZONING HAP ACCORDINGLY. (PETITION NO.
1172, LOCATED AT THE NORTH SIDE OF MILL STREET APPROXIMATELY 128
FEET EAST OF MT. VERNON AVENUE.)
THE MAYOR AND CO~10N COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which
reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described
as follows:
PARCEL NO. NINE HUNDRED EIGHT (Petition No. 1172)
All that real property situated in the City
of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:
That portion of Lot 10, Block 14, Rancho San
Bernardino, in the City of San Bernardino,
County of San Bernardino, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2
of records of said County described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of Mill
Street, 228.08 feet east of the east line of
Mt. Vernon Avenue, thence North parallel to said
east line of Mt. Vernon Avenue, 136 feet; thence
west parallel to the north line of Mill Street;
100 feet more or less, to the west line of the
East 6/7 of said Lot 10; thence South parallel
to the east line of Mt. Vernon Avenue, 136 feet
to the North line of Mill Street; thence East
along the North line of Mill Street 100 feet
more or less, to the point of beginning.

Generally located at the North side of Mill Street
approximately 128 feet east of Mt. Vernon Avenue.
The above change of zone is subject to the review of the
plans and to the conditions imposed by the Mayor and Common
Council of the City of San Bernardino, at their meeting of
