ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND; AND M1ENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. (PETITION NO.
1173, LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF FRONTAGE ROAD PARALLELING
INTERSTATE 15 (BARSTOW FREEWAY), 200 FEET WEST OF LITTLE LEAGUE
DRIVE (CYPRESS DRIVE). )
THE MAYOR AND CO~~lON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which
reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described
as follows:
PARCEL NO. NINE HUNDRED NINE (Petition No. 1173)
All that real property situated in the City
of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:
That portion of Lots 'J', 'K', 'L' and 'M' of
Meyer and Barclay Subdivision as per map recorded
in Book 12, Page 18 of Haps, and a portion of
Blocks 82 and 83 of the Irvington Land and Water
Company Subdivision as per plat recorded in Book 1,
Page 32, record of survey and a portion of Govern-
ment Lot 37 of Section 2, TIN, R51'i' , S.B.B. & M.
in the County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the
northerly line of the land deeded to the State
of California, recorded April 18, 1958 in Book
4486, Page 544 of Official Records, with the west
line of Lot 'M' ; thence north 00"40'02" east along
the west line of Lot 'M' and Lot 'L' a distance
of 1555.00 feet to a point; thence leaving said
west line, north 67"26'42" east a distance of 371.08
feet to a point; thence south 59"09'47" east a
distance of 195.99 feet to a point; thence south
30"13'54" east a distance of 696.81 feet to a point;
thence south 28"06'59" east a distance of 997.26
feet to a point on the south line of Lot 'J'
which lies-west 30.00 feet from the southeast corner
of said Lot 'J'; thence south 09"03'06" east a
distance of 263.89 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve, concave northeasterly, having a radius of

1999.19 feet; thence southeasterly along said
curve through a central angle of 36029'41" an
arc distance of 1273.39 feet; thence south
25013' 55" west a distance of 470.89 feet to a
point on the southeasterly extension of the
aforementioned northerly line of land deeded
to the State of California; thence north
47011'00" west along said northerly line a
distance of 2479.97 feet to the Point of
Beginning.

9 Generally located 68 acres in the Verdemont
area, northwest San Bernardino, located on the
10 north side of frontage road paralleling
Interstate 15 (Barstow Freeway), 200 feet west
11 of Little League Drive (Cypress Drive).
12 The above change of zone is subject to the conditions
13 imposed by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
14 Bernardino, at their meeting of September 22, 1980, as filed in
15 the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, San Bernardino,
