2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
13.08.050 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE, AND CHANGING THE
3 NAME OF THE "SEWER FUND" TO "SEWER LINE CONSTRUCTION FUND".
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 13.08.050 of the San Bernardino Municipal
7 Code is amended to read as follows:
8 "Each application for a permit to connect any property with a
9 public sewer, in addition to all other fees, shall be accompanied
]0 by all of the following fees which apply:

A. Connection fee designated for off-site trunk lines and
]2 collection facilities required for the disposal of sanitary
]3 sewage, which fee shall be deposited in the sewer line
]4 construction fund of the city, in an amount established by
]5 resolution of the city.

B. Connection fee designated for construction and
]7 improvement of wastewater treatment plant, to provide additional
]8 capacity to meet increased demand, which fee shall be transmitted
]9
to the water department, in an amount established by resolution
